Dr. Balwally is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center Department of Otolaryngology in Brooklyn, New York. He served an Otolaryngology Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Balwally has practiced in Dayton, Ohio for the past five years. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Department of Otolaryngology at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.
